Our family was referred to Envision Healthcare At Home for our father who was terminally ill and wanted to pursue death with dignity. Due to his deteriorating health time was of the essence to avoid a prolonged suffering. The intake worker facilitated a masterful plan, with many moving parts, to ensure my dad’s care was transferred from one entity to another and all requirements were met. The team was responsive, persistent, skillful, and compassionate. They took my calls every time I reached out and communicated to me as the integral part of our family’s plan that they were. Nurses were educational, skillful, loving, and respectful. They covered every area of need and soothed all of our concerns. Our social worker was available and present for our needs and our father’s. She comforted us and guided us in our processing thoughts as well as self care. My dad had a seamless and peaceful death. I highly recommend Envision Healthcare At Home. I will forever be grateful to them.
