Envision Home Health
Hospice WA
Hospice is designed to provide comfort and support to patients with a life-limiting illness. Hospice provides support to the patient and family by caring for physical, psychological and spiritual needs. While on hospice a patient may also qualify for traditional medical services. If a hospice patient’s condition improves and they no longer qualify for current hospice services, their complete Medicare hospice benefit is still available when they need it again.
Who is eligible for the hospice benefit?
Anyone with a life expectancy of six months or less is eligible for hospice services. You should start thinking about hospice for your loved one if they have experienced any combination of these symptoms.
